There are approximately 1.2 million orphans. Most of which have lost their father’s, mother’s, grandparents and uncles due to a large number of AIDS and other diseases. The children struggle to survive, because they do not consume healthy food, clothes, shelter, school, medical care or even the presence of an adult to look after them.
